Veterans Day Deals list 2014 includes Red Robin, Applebee's, Starbucks, Red Lobster, Dennys & more

Texas Roadhouse, Famous Dave's & others on list

DENVER - (The following list was published in 2014, please click on this link for the 2015 deals.)

On Tuesday, Nov. 11, the country will mark Veterans Day -- a day to honor those who have served in the armed forces.

Many restaurants and businesses will honor veterans with free meals, car washes, hair cuts and other deals. The following deals have been personally verified for 2014. Note, some deals are for Tuesday, others are for different days. If you see an offer I have missed, please email me: debbie@thedenverchannel.com.

One important note: Before you go, please call the location you're planning to visit to make sure they are participating in the free offer so you're not disappointed. I'm getting multiple emails from people who say while a company's website says they are offering a certain special, their location is not.

And if you're a veteran -- thank you for your service!
