IKEA has expanded its recall of children's wall-mounted lamps due to a strangulation hazard.
Children can get entangled in the electrical cord that hangs from the lamps.
One baby died and another was injured while playing with the cord.
The company has recalled 3.5 million units in the United States and the recall involves lamps in various style names, shapes and colors.
Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled lamps and contact IKEA for a free repair kit.
