DENVER -- It's time for the weekly roundup of freebies, samples, deals, coupons and other offers. These offers can and do expire quickly. As always, never give your real birthday or a credit card number for a free offer.

Get a free sample of Nature's Bounty adult gummie vitamins.

Get a free sample of Ola Loa multi-vitamins and vitamin drink. Read the directions; they want you to fill out the form with your address as if it was your mailing label.

Get a free sample of Kellogg's All-Bran. You have to sign up for a Kellogg's All-K pass. (It's the name of their club and it's free.)

Get a free subscription to Car & Driver magazine. I got this for a friend last year.

If you like music, here's a free subscription to Spin magazine. *One note, the magazine offers typically expire quickly.*

Mile High On The Cheap says Denver city/county residents can get free immunizations for their children (newborn to 18 years) at Denver Public Health’s Shots For Tots Clinic on Saturday, Aug. 28. All shots are FREE, no appointment is necessary.

The event is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Denver Fire Station #9, 4400 Brighton Blvd. (I-70 & Brighton Blvd, across from the Coliseum). A parent or guardian must be present and you should bring you child’s shot record.

Like the Regal Entertainment Group on Facebook and get a coupon each week. This week it's a free popcorn, good Friday through Sunday.

Don't forget you can still use the 30% off coupon for Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy until Sunday, Aug. 29. You get 30% off and Big Brothers/Big Sisters gets 5% of your purchase.

Play Qdoba's "food lovers fighting burrito boredom" game and get a coupon. Mine was for 50% off an entree. Not bad for a minute or two of my time AND you can get a new coupon each day.

A few free sample offers are still available. Get a free sample of Playtex sport tampons. Get a free sample of Cheetos. (For Cheetos, look in the lower right box, one of the three offers is the free sample.) Get a free sample of Emergen-C. Free sample of Post-it super sticky notes.

And if you have room for a cat or kitten in your home, the Dumb Friends League is extending its offer for free adoptions until Sun. Sept 5. The cat gets its initial vaccinations, a microchip, spray/neuter surgery, etc. all for free. The normal price is $55-$115.

Don't forget you can visit Denver's Museums & the zoo for free. The Denver Museum of Nature & Science is free Aug. 30. The Denver Art Museum is free Sept. 4. The Denver Zoo is free Oct. 13.
