If you're shopping for jeans, Gap has a deal for you. Bring your old jeans to Gap, babyGap and GapKids and save 30% on a new pair. The deal is valid through closing time on Saturday while supplies last. There’s a limit of one coupon per customer per transaction.

Free music. Get a 11-song sampler of music from NPR music.

Got a wood worker in your family? Get 3 free issues of Wood magazine.

Get a free sample of Science Diet simple essentials treats. Look for the "sample offer" on the left side of your screen or the "get your free sample now" button on the bottom of the screen.

Have you checked out a Groupon? It's a Web site offering deals by group buying. So think "group" and "coupon" and you get "groupon." Today's deal is 5 car washes for $30. The Web site says that's a 50% discount. I get their daily email as an easy way to see each day's deal without remembering to go to the Groupon Web site.

Here's an interesting offer for Starbucks coffee drinkers. Try a different variety of Starbucks "bold" coffee each week for the next eight weeks (a tall cup of each variety is $1.50) and get a free pound of your favorite variety at the end of the eight-week period. You'll need to ask your local store for a passport, which must be stamped each week to get the free pound of coffee.
