DENVER -- (Note, this deal for was for 2009-2010 season)

Sure you can buy tickets to a Denver Nuggets game or a Colorado Avalanche game, but how do you get a deal? I called and asked.

Let's start with the Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets have 3 different ways to get a deal.

Family Nights. There are 10 family nights this season where you get four tickets and four family meals for $69.

Youth Nights. There are 7 nights where kids 14 & under get a free ticket with a paid adult ticket.

Guys Night Out. There are 7 nights this season where you can buy 2 tickets and get 2 beers and 2 guys night out t-shirts for $49.

Here's a way to save you a few more bucks. If you buy your tickets through TicketHorse, there are service fees. To buy tickets without the service fees, buy your tickets at the Pepsi Center box office. It's open from 10-5 Monday through Friday.

Want to see a Colorado Avalanche game? They have some deals too.

Guys Night Out. Like the Nuggets, the Avs have guys night out on 4 nights still left this season. Get 2 tickets, 2 Coors or Pepsis and a 2 T-shirts for $59.

Family Night. The Av's have 9 family nights this season. Get 4 tickets, 4 family meals (includes food items and Pepsis) for $99. (Food items include hot dog, pizza, cheese steak, nacho deluxe, salad, bigger burger, chicken tenders w/fries)

Arby's Faceoff Four Packs. Similiar to the family night deal, get four tickets, four meals at Arby's and a $10 Altitude Authetics gift card for $99. Offer valid on 7 nights still ahead this season.

KYGO has Puck Packs, but it doesn't sound as good as a four pack deal. On these nights you get just 2 tickets and 2 Pepsi's and a $10 Altitude Authentics gift card for $98.50.

The Arby's tickets are in the upper deck, the KYGO tickets are in lower deck. For more information on the Arby's and KYGO deal, visit the Avalanche promotions Web site.
