Debbie's Deals: Father's Day Deals

Freebies Available At Fazoli’s, TCBY, TGI Friday’s, DCPA, More

UPDATED: 2:11 pm MDT June 19, 2009

The day to celebrate Dad is this Sunday.

If you're looking for a Father's Day deal, there are a few out there. As always, call before you go to make sure your local restaurant or other business is offering the special. I can already tell you the local ESPN Zone free breakfast for Dad on Sunday is full. Here are the deals I've checked out:

Fazoli's wants Dad to eat free. Bring dad to Fazoli's on Sunday for a free entrée and a small drink. Details on Fazoli's Web site.

TCBY is offering Dad’s a free cone or cup on Sunday. The Web site doesn't list certain hours, but it does say the offer is only good at participating locations. TCBY has locations at DIA, Longmont, Berthoud and Greeley.

Carrabba's Italian Grill has a unique offer. Write a toast to Dad on the Carrabba's Web site and they'll give you a coupon for a free appetizer. You can also enter to win a free trip for two to Napa Valley.

Thanks to Alyeene and the Centsible-Sawyer.com for these tips.

Want to take Dad to the theater? A Bronx Tale is offering free tickets to Dads on Sunday, June 21. There are shows at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Use the code DAD when ordering. The offer is only good on select seats.

Thanks to my 7NEWS co-workers Bertha Lynn and Theresa Marchetta for this tip.

If you eat at Outback Steakhouse this weekend with Dad, Outback will give Dad a $10 gift certificate to come back. The Web site says the certificates are available while supply lasts. The Web site says the deal is Father's Day "weekend", but you may want to call and verify this if you want to use the deal on Saturday.

La Casa Del Rey in Commerce City is giving Dad's a free beer or margarita on Father's Day with the purchase of a meal. Just mention that you saw the offer on Debbie's Deals. Valid only June 21, 2009.

Here's an odd twist on a Father's Day freebie. Boston Market has a coloring page on its Web site. If your child colors the page, there is a coupon for a free kid's meal when you buy an individual meal. So while dad doesn't eat free, he does save money. The coupon is good until June 30.

It's not a Father's Day only deal, but it is a deal you can use on Father's Day. TGI Friday's has a coupon on its Web site for a buy-one-get-one free entree. Look for the "print your coupon now" button. Coupon expires June 22.
