DENVER -- It's my birthday and the freebies have been rolling in.

Ruby Tuesday sent me a coupon for a free burger. So did Red Robin.

Noodles sent me a coupon for a free dish.

Maggianos sent a coupon for $10 off dinner.

Wingstop is offering 5 free wings with the purchase of a drink.

Boston Market sent a coupon for a free individual dessert with any meal purchase.

Ted's Montana Grill also sent me a coupon for a free cookie and ice cream dessert.

C.B. & Pott's sent a coupon for a free mud pie with the purchase of any lunch or dinner entree.

Even Arby's sent me a coupon for a free swirl shake with any roastburger sandwich purchase. I love shakes, too bad I don't like roastburgers.

McCormick and Schmicks sent a coupon for a free dessert.

Famous Dave's coupon is a bit of game. You come in and you get anything from a free dessert to a free American Feast. A friend with the same birthday and I decided to have a party at Famous Dave's one year and one of us got the free dessert, the other got the American Feast free. (It was a big money saver for the group.)

Tony's Market sent me a coupon for $5. It's a treat just visiting their deli and restaurant.

Boondocks Fun Center is offering me a free unlimited fun pass for my birthday. The only catch? The coupon is only good on my birthday, not any other day.

How do you get these freebies and more on your birthday? Go the website of your favorite restaurant and sign up for their E-mail club. I typically say my birthday is a day or two different (and a year or two different) than my real birthday to prevent identity theft.

There's also a website to help you find birthday deals.

The free birthday treats Web site lets you choose offers for kids, adults, even pets. After you choose a category, you'll be asked to enter your state.

For Colorado, I found deals for free ice cream at Baskin Robbins and Ben & Jerry's; a free meal at Benihana, BD's Mongolian Barbeque, Denny's, Lone Star Steakhouse, The Keg Steakhouse, Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill and others; free desserts at The Old Spaghetti Factory, Melting Pot, Ted's Montana Grill, Islands Fine Burger & Drinks; free birthday gifts; even a free car wash (in Durango).

For pets in Colorado, I found one item -- a birthday card and coupon for a free toy at Petsmart.
