The free birthday treats Web site lets you choose offers for kids, adults, even pets. After you choose a category, you'll be asked to enter your state.

For Colorado, I found deals for free meals, free desserts, free smoothies, free birthday gifts, even a free car wash (in Durango).

For pets in Colorado, I found one item -- a birthday card and coupon for a free toy at Petsmart.
