DENVER -- Today we've got a collection of freebies that may improve your health.

The folks at Nature Made Vitamins are offering a free 14-day supply of Super B-complex liquid softgels. Fill out the form and your free sample should arrive in 4-6 weeks. (Just don't give them your real birthday, consider giving them a date that's a day and a year off for your safety.) As with any vitamin or medicine, you should consult your doctor.

If you suffer from heartburn, Prilosec is offering a free sample of its over-the-counter medicine. There's a short form to fill out to make sure you qualify. Again, don't give your real birthday for safety and privacy reasons.

I didn't know, but Wal-Mart actually has a Web site of samples and trials. When I visited the Web site Monday I found offers for free samples of Crest Whitestrips, Parents Choice Infant Formula, Roots of Nature hair products, Always feminine pads and Kotex.

When you order samples from the Wal-Mart Web site you'll be asked if you're willing to review the product. Whether I said yes or no, they said the sample was coming.

One note, the Wal-Mart Web site is also offering a free issue of a magazine called "All You." BUT to get the free issue, you have to give a credit card/debit number or click "bill me later." That is not a good deal, unless you really think you'll like the magazine and want to pay for it or if you're sure you'll cancel during the trial period.
