Want to eat out, but concerned about the high prices?

Several restaurants are now creating special menus with a special price to attract bargain shoppers and families trying to save money.

Wahoo's Fish Taco is offering a $20 family pack meal deal. You get 4 ala carte tacos, rice & beans, 2 kids menu selections and 4 Pepsi fountain drinks for $20. The deal is good in Colorado from 4 p.m. to close every night of the week. One note, the deal is not on their Web site, the their Sales Director told me it's good until the end of April. "As a family oriented business, we wanted to make sure we are taking care of our families," said Mike Donnelly, Owner of Wahoo’s Fish Taco Colorado. "The $20 Family Pack meal provides heaps of excellent food at a killer price. I would be surprised if you could make all of this food on your own for less. Plus, when you come into Wahoo’s, we’ll take care of the cooking and the clean up."

PF Chang's Asian Bistro has a prix-fixe menu for two for $39.95. You get two cups of soup, one starter, two entrees and two mini desserts.

La Fogata Restaurants in Denver and Thornton want to ease the pain of the stock market drop. As long as the Dow Jones average stays under 10,000 points, the restaurant is giving diners 10 percent off their bills.
