What Happened After 'The Incident'?

Juliette comes to a difficult decision in the season five finale.  After she is dragged into the Swan station hole, she tries to detonate the hydrogen bomb Jack dropped down to reset the timeline.  There are a lot of theories about what happened after she hit the bomb the eighth and final time.

1.  The timeline is reset.  The plane never crashes, our heroes land at LAX.  But what would be the fun in that?  If they land at LAX, do some of them carry memories about what happened?  Jacob intervened at certain times in the Lost characters' lives.  He gave a little touch to Kate, Sawyer, Jack, Hurley, Sun, Jin, Sayeed, and Locke.  Does this touch ensure that these characters retain the island memories and make choices to make their lives different?

However, as Jacob lay dying, he said "They're coming!"

2.  The people that Jacob touched are rebooted to a different time on-island.  Could they reboot right as Flight 815 crashes (2004)?  Analyzing the first episode, Jack wakes up in the forest, not on the beach.  There is a sound effect, is this him jumping into that timeline?  Kate also runs out of the forest.  If they are rebooted here with their island memories intact, they could change the way they did things the first time around.  Is this the progress Jacob needs to achieve his desired end result?

3.  They reboot to the Ajira flight landing (2008) and "they're coming".  Will this be the war that certain characters have been hinting at?  Jacob's people versus The Man in Black's people.  Could we see Locke versus Locke?

What's Your Theory?
