DENVER – A brand new home that showcases the best in Denver home design will open to the public this weekend for the annual Denver Designer Show House event.

Located at 346 Elm St., this year’s house in the Hilltop neighborhood was designed and built from the ground up by Alvarez Morris Architectural Studio of Denver.

The home showcase is sponsored by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and proceeds benefit Children’s Hospital Colorado. Previous years’ events have raised more than $275,000 for the hospital.

“Children’s Colorado is grateful for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s valuable partnership over the last five years through the Denver Designer Show House event,” said Cary Larger, Senior Vice President of Community Fundraising for Children’s Hospital Colorado. “We can’t thank them enough for the work they’ve done and the big difference they are making in the lives of the patients and families served at Children’s Colorado.”

Designers contributing to the Denver Designer Show House include Casey St. John Interiors, Chalet, D+D Interiors, Knape & Zibell, KC Studio, Mitchell Gold+Bob Williams, Studio LW, Studio STG and Nancy Boland and art curator Ann Benson Reidy furnished artwork.

The home show kicks off on Friday, Oct. 27 with a cocktail party and the house will remain open for tours through Oct. 29 and the following weekend, Nov. 3 to Nov. 5.
