Pet of the week: mature Maine Coon mix named Nub

November is "Adopt a Senior Pet Month"

November is “Adopt a Senior Pet Month” and the Dumb Friends League is waiving fees for cats one year and older through Nov. 17.

The adoption fee for dogs eight years and older is $50.

At the Dumb Friends League, all cat and dog adoptions include spay/neuter, a microchip ID and initial vaccinations.

Visit ddfl.org to see all adoptable pets.

This week's pet of the week is Nub, a 10-year-old Maine Coon mix.

Nub is currently in a foster home since he can be a bit stressed in the shelter.

Nub is well-behaved, enjoys being groomed and doesn’t mind his nails being trimmed.

He gets along great with other cats, loves playing with his toys and is always up for an occasional treat.

Nub appears to be litter box trained.

You can check out nub on YouTube or by making an appointment to meet him.

To scheduled  an appointment Call the Dumb Friends League Quebec Street shelter in Denver at (303) 751-5772.
