Dumb Friends League launches 50 percent off pet adoption special

Starting Friday Nov. 2,  all cats and dogs will be half off at all the Dumb Friends League's shelters.

The offer will last through the end of 2012.

"What our hope is that we can get a lot of these cats and dogs we have currently available for adoption into good homes for the holidays," said Chris Gallegos of the Dumb Friends League.
