DENVER – Living in Colorado means you can go experience great places without going too far from home.
Cherry Creek’s new Halcyon Hotel is one of those places where you can go, stay for a night or two if you want or just go inside to be inspired by some of the top notch design.
“One of the joys of coming to a boutique hotel is not just enjoying the space while you’re there, but really taking home some ideas for your own home,” 5280 Home editor Hilary Oswald told Denver7’s Theresa Marchetta on a recent visit to the hotel.
One of the things the visitors noticed about the Halcyon is how designers worked to bring the outdoors inside and the indoors outside. The rooms have a lot of natural light and design while the outdoor pool area is designed to be a great gathering place for guests.
An extra amenity at the hotel is the “gear garage” which has everything from board games to bikes and footballs that guests can check out for free if they want to go for a ride or head to the park.
