In our Train Like a Pro segment, elite fitness trainer Oyvind Gulbrandsen says these moves will give you toned, sexy arms just in time to get into that sassy holiday party dress.  Here are the work-out details:

Big O says to do this 6-exercise circuit three times in a row, twice a week.

  • 20 push-ups
  • 15 reps of Triceps Presses
  • 15 reps of Biceps curls with hand weights
  • 15 Bench Dips
  • 20 Bicep curls with a resistance band
  • 15 Triceps Kickbacks (one arm at a time) with hand weights
