DENVER - Inspiration and motivation were the goals behind this year's "New Year, New You" Health and Fitness Expo at Southwest Plaza Mall Saturday afternoon.
About 30 exhibitors were on hand to share some of the latest fitness trends including special weight-loss programs and new exercises to make it fun.
Denver's 7 was a proud partner to this year's Health Expo.
