Littleton Adventist Hospital, a part of the Centura Health Network, is offering a FREE event at their Littleton campus on Saturday, September 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to promote breast health through their NAPBC-accredited Breast Center . This one-of-a-kind, educational event will help women prevent, treat and conquer breast cancer by providing comprehensive breast health information from local experts.
“Our goal is to empower women so they can make informed decisions about their breast health,” says Dr. Radhika Acharya, an oncologist and co-medical director of the breast program at Littleton Adventist Hospital. “With topics ranging from genetic counseling and cancer prevention strategies to reconstruction options and new choices in radiation therapy, we hope that women of all ages will come learn from leading, local experts what they can do to stay healthy, while enjoying a morning of pampering.”
