7 In The Kitchen: Wild Eggs

Special french toast recipe



1 qt      Heavy Cream                         

6 ea     Eggs                                                    

2 Tbsp  Pure Vanilla Extract                          

2 tsp    Cinnamon                                           

4 oz      Brandy                                    

2 tsp    Kosher Salt                                         



  • Crack eggs into clean storage container.  Using whisk, whip eggs until fluffy and incorporated.
  • Add heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, brandy and salt to container and whisk to incorporate.
  • Store in clean plastic container, label, date and store in walk in cooler.
