1 qt Heavy Cream
6 ea Eggs
2 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon
4 oz Brandy
2 tsp Kosher Salt
- Crack eggs into clean storage container. Using whisk, whip eggs until fluffy and incorporated.
- Add heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, brandy and salt to container and whisk to incorporate.
- Store in clean plastic container, label, date and store in walk in cooler.
