Are you ready for the holiday shopping season? Believe it or not, it's upon us, again.

But before you hit the mall, you might want to check out these sites to help you track down the best prices:

Wow-Coupons.com: Never head out to the store without a coupon. You can find and print coupons here that are about to expire. You can get discounts on everything from food to clothes. Looking to buy shoes? Get $10 off any $50 purchase at Finish Line. If you need groceries, you might want to try the coupons offered by SuperTarget . These aren't online coupons but coupons meant to be used at a store.

NaughtyCodes.com: The site is being "naughty," so to speak, because you're given certain coupon codes that are usually only dished out to preferred customers or to a small number of people during a promotional offer. The discount can be steep or it could be small, but all you do is enter the code in the checkout process and you're given the discount. Similar sites such as CurrentCodes.com and DailyEDeals.com are also valuable but Naughty Codes is clean and easy.

PriceDropAlert.com: Do you already a gift in mind for someone but are just waiting to find it at the right price? This new Web site can help. Just search for the product in one of the categories here, enter in your address and then the site will e-mail you whenever it's available at a cheaper price online.

BlackFriday2004.net: It is already listing the day-after-Thanksgiving sales for K-Mart, Radio Shack, Office Max, Sears and others. But what's the advantage of the list when the sales don't take effect? Some shoppers want to know where to head out that Friday after Thanksiving and want to go in order of the items on the tops of the list.

Comparison Shop: The first rule when shopping online is to shop around. You could be saving a lot of money just by taking a few minutes to comparison shop. PriceGrabber.com: and Nextag.com can give you an item's "true" price -- which includes shipping and any applicable sales taxes.

Check Reputation: When you find a site with the right price, make sure it's reputable. Look at its customer rating before you buy. Both Nextag and PriceGrabber post the seller's ratings, or you can try Bizrate.com or Epinions.com to find out what other shoppers think of the site.
