Find Out Where To Recycle Your Christmas Tree

DENVER -- With Christmas over, many people will be looking to get rid of large Christmas trees.According to Colorado-Recycles.com, some 40 recycling centers have been set up throughout the state.To find out where recycling programs are in your area, Click Here.
Here is a list of some drop-off sites:
- In Denver, manual and barrel customers can set up their trees on trash collection day near their normal set-out location during a two-week period starting Dec. 31. Dumpster customers can set trees out on Dec. 31 or Jan. 7, and they will be collected that week. Do not put trees inside the Dumpsters.
- In Erie, you can drop off your trees at Coal Creek Park through Jan. 14.
- The Larimer County Landfill is accepting trees for recycling until Jan. 21.
- The Jefferson County Road and Bridge South Shop near C-470 and Kipling Street is offering to recycle trees until the end of January.
- Residents in Boulder can go to the city of Boulder's Yard Waste Drop at Western Disposal's brickyard site until Jan. 31.
