Savory Cherry Bison Burgers

  • 1 lb Ground Buffalo (American Bison)
  • 2.5 oz dried cherries, chopped or whole
  • 1 tsp concentrated beef stock
  • 2-3 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 TBS Hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup panko, approx
  • sea salt and black pepper

Combine first six ingredients, mixing together by hand. Add more Panko if needed -- should only be slightly sticky. Season with sea salt and black pepper and grill. Great with lettuce and a toasted bun.

*Also delicious with dried blueberries, cranberries, or a combination.
