Work or stay home to raise the kids? It's one of the hardest decisions women have to make so a group of moms found a way to work and be there for their kids. And they want to help other women find that balance too.

Sharon Bailey is a busy mom with three boys. With her youngest now in kindergarten, Bailey decided to take on the additional duties of a job outside the home. You might think she's overwhelmed with kids, a husband and a job but she's not.

"I don't put in a lot of hours and I'm home. Works out well," Bailey said.

Bailey found a flexible job at a construction company with the help of an agency called "10 Til 2."She works 19.5 hours a week.

"I'm in the office at 9, 10 in the mornings, then I leave at 3:40 to pick them up at 3:50, and then I'm home with them to do homework," said Bailey.

The company 10 Til 2 is a business run by four women who, like Bailey, are moms.

"We had gone to college, had been professionals. Most of us got married and had our children later in life and we had skills we wanted to use but yet still be there for our kids. That was the beginning of 10 Til 2," said founder Jill Ater.

The company specializes in finding women permanent part-time jobs.

"We have everything from high-level IT to attorneys, high-level marketing professionals to general office and admin jobs," said Ater. "We've got jobs all over the metro area and we're getting calls everyday from businesses, so there is definitely a need that wasn't filled."

The jobs pay anywhere from a minimum of $10 an hour up to $70 an hour. There are no benefits but plenty of self satisfaction.

"The comments we constantly get are, 'This is exactly what I was looking for,' and it is for us too," Ater said.

Bailey said she has the best of both worlds -- time with her kids and a job she loves. The extra money is a bonus.

"My two oldest needed braces," Bailey said, laughing.

The organization 10 Til 2 isn't for women only. Men and senior citizens are also clients. There is a one-time fee of $75 to sign up with 10 Til 2. Get more information on the company, by going to their Web site TenTilTwo.com.
