It's the story of a young German girl who dreams of a Nutcracker Prince, menacing mice and toy soldiers.

The Nutcracker set to hit the Denver stage over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Belliston Balllet youth will be performing the timeless classic four times over Thanksgiving weekend. Jeannie Belliston, Artistic Director, has been involved with The Nutcracker for almost 20 years.

The shows will be held at the Gates Concert Hall inside the Newman Center for the Performing Arts.

Saturday, Nov. 24 - 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 25 - 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Tickets are $27, kids 12 and under are $24.
