DENVER - A new Denver Art Museum exhibition explores the world of textiles.
The museum-wide show features pre-Columbian weaving, modern fiber art, Navajo blankets and an examination of clothing in art.
There are many ways visitors can get involved in the exhibition, including a crochet coral reef, drop-in quilt studio, sewing circles with Artist-In-Residence Marie Watt and a dye garden harvest.
You can even submit a quilt block for the Spun Community Quilt . The deadline for entries is June 3.
