Paella Sevilla: Saffron Rice with Chicken, Chorizo, Calamari, Mussels, Shrimp, and Crab. Garnished with Tomatoes, Peas, and Green Olives. Our Paella is seasoned with garlic, curry powder, cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
Barbacoa And Bacon Tacos: Spiced rubbed and slow cooked Barbacoa and savory Bacon, served on fresh corn tortillas. Accompanied by fresh Onions, Cilantro and Lime Juice, a blend of Mexican Cheeses and our Homemade Cascabel Salsa. Served with Mexican Rice and Refritos.
