Fine Dining At A Taste Of Colorado

Full Range Of Culinary Opportunities At Four-Day Festival

Turkey legs, corn on the cob and tons of barbecue sauce are synonymous with A Taste of Colorado in downtown Denver's Civic Center Park over the Labor Day weekend.

But there are a full range of culinary opportunities, according to festival organizers.

The Fine Dining Area features six noted restaurants.

Randolph's At The Warwick will offer its shrimp and chorizo cataplana with grilled bread, chicken salad sandwich and yellow beet gazpacho.

Assignments Restaurant, inside the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Colorado, is serving up spicy grilled chicken breast on homemade focaccia with gorgonzola mayonnaise and strawberries romanoff with a lemon curd.

Olive Oil in Littleton will feature a pulled-barbecue sandwich, spicy meatballs and pasta-less lasagna with eggplant and tomato sauce and tiramisu.

The Broker Restaurant, will offer spicy lamb ribs, its famous shrimp bowl and prime rib sandwiches.

The Cork House's menu will include Kobe sliders, lamb meatballs and hummus.

Pat Miller who is Denver's own "Gabby Gourmet" hosts the culinary showcase in the fine dining area.

Visitors will get tips and techniques from local and nationally renowned chefs.

  • Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Monday, 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
