The next bachelor is the single dad who many fell in love with on "The Bachelorette."

Jason Mesnick, who was rejected by DeAnna Pappas, will begin his journey for love when the next installment of "The Bachelor" begins Monday night on ABC.

Mesnick, who is a Cleveland native, moved to Washington at the age of 8.

He is an account executive in estate and legacy planning.

He will be looking for a woman who has a real curiosity about the world, who loves life and can find passion in life's smallest moments.

He also loves a variety of sports, including swimming, golf, basketball and football.

Pappas picked Jesse Csincsak, a professional snowboarder. They set a May wedding date but since have broken up.
