Ritter, Lawmakers Say They Have Money For Auraria Building
Project's Future Was In Doubt After Funding Issues

DENVER -- Gov. Bill Ritter and state lawmakers say they've come up with a way to find money for a new science building on the Auraria campus and other projects.They were scheduled to announce the solution Tuesday afternoon.Ground has already been broken for the Auraria building because $37.5 million in financing had been earmarked for it.
The current science building on the campus that houses three colleges is so unsafe that pregnant women are advised not to take classes there because of fumes from science experiments.
