Columbine Task Force, Event Sheet, Part 2

Event #16: Shoels is observed scooting backwards to the east while under table #16. Klebold moves to the east side of table #16 and is seen grabbing Shoels in an effort to pull him from under rhe table. Observed by Scott (LO 15) and Park (LO14).

Event #17: Harris moves toward table #16 (from the west) and fires the pump action shotgun (slug) shooting ShoeJs. Observed by Pasquale (LO 10), and Salmon (LG8).

Event #18: Klebold is observed firing a double barrel shotgun under table #16 from the east side, shooting Kechter with a slug. Observed by Park (LO 14).

Event #19: While standing to the west of table #16, Harris is seen throwing a device referred to as a "Cricket" in a southerly direction. The device rolled under table #l5 making contact with Steepleton's body. The device is retrieved by Hall and thrown in a southerly direction where it explodes south of table #15. Observed by Steepleton (LY5), Hall (LY6), Pasquale (LO1O), and Greenwood (LOll).

Event #20: Smoke is seen raising from the abdominal area of Kechter under table #16. Note: This is the area that Harris was standing when he threw the "cricket " and there is a clear match strike mark on top of table # 16. Observed by Salmon (LG8), Fair (LG9), and Scott (LG15).

Event #21: Harris moves south to the west bookshelves where he jumps on the shelves and begins shaking them back and forth. Harris then walks between the bookshelves moving in an easterly direction. Observed by Pasquale (LG 10).

Event #22: Harris walks north between the west bookshelves. He fires shots southward at the bookshelves (pellets). Observed by Parker (LG27), Doyle, (L YI3), Houy (LG29), Schnurr (L Y9), Lagos (LO20), Holliday (LG22), Perez (LGI7), and Park (L Yll).

Event #23: Klebold is seen walking on the north side of the library (south of the main counter) moving in an easterly direction. Klebold continues moving east, stopping near the entrance to the library (north of display case). Klebold then fires the Tech9 into the display case. Observed by Greenwood (LO 11 ), Kintgen (L Y8), Lapp (LG31), Welsh (LO33) and Perez (LGI7).

Event #24: K1ebold moves back around the display case and fires one double barrel shotgun round (pellets) under table #1 hitting Kintgen. Observed by Kintgen (L Y8), Blair (LG18) and KIeutz (L YlO).

Event #25: Klebold steps east towards table #2 and fires one double barrel shotgun round (pellets) under that same table hitting Schnurr and Kreutz. Observed by Kreutz (LY10), Jacobson (LG 19), Schnurr (LY9) and Blair (LG 18) .

Event #26: Klebold walks south along rhe west side of table #2 firing multiple rounds (rapid fashion) with the Tech9 under that same table hitting Townsend. Observed by Blair (LO 18) and Perez (LG 17).

Event #27: Harris seen entering the east section of the library (near table #3) from a pathway between the book shelves. Observed by Jacobson (LG 19).

Event #28: Klebold moves west of table #3 near Harris after which one of the suspects Jooks under that same table and states, "Pathetic." Observed by Jacobson (LO 19) and Blair (LG 18).

Event #29: Klebold and Harris move south to table #5 where reloading occurred and one of the suspects then taunts Schnurr regarding God. Observed by Ball (LO23), Schnurr (L Y9), Jacobson (LG19), Blair (LGI8), Savage (LG25), Holliday (LG22), Kintgen (L Y8), Nielson (L Yl) Scott (LG15), Lapp (LG3l), Todd (L Y2). Elmore (LG26), Nowlen (1 YI2), Welsh (LG33), Bollerud (LG32), Kreutz (L Y10), Park (L Yll), and Steepleton (L Y5)

Event #30: Harris steps east towards table #6 and points the pump action shotgun under that table firing twice (pellets) hitting Nowlen and Tomlin. Observed by Nowlen (L Y12).
