DENVER -- On Thursday, Call 7 for Help took your complaints about Qwest to the top.

7NEWS anchor Katie Trexler took part in a press conference held over the phone with Qwest's president. He wanted to talk about improving Qwest's customer service -- a complaint that Call 7 for Help hears about on a regular basis.

"They're having to make more than five phone calls, they're being bounced around to different people," Karen Quintana, Call 7 for Help advocate said of the complaints.

To resolve that problem Qwest said that it plans to add 500 additional customer service representatives in 14 states. Meanwhile, Call 7 for Help has received nearly 225 complaints about the phone giant in the past four months.

We asked Qwest's president what he thought about that.

"If you have a specific issue that you're working on behalf of a particular customer call us after this particular call, and we would deal with every individual case," said Qwest President Afshin Mohebbi. "We will follow up on every single one of them."
