Hawaiian Marinade For Grilling With Pork, Chicken, Seafood

  • 2 TBS Sambal (Asian Chili Sauce)
  • 2 TBS ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced thin

Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Taste for seasoning, if too salty, add more water. Add meats and marinate covered for up to 24 hours.
