April 24: Sandra Lee's Butterfly Sugar Cookies

Butterfly Sugar Cookies

Makes about 1 dozen cookies

1 (17.5-ounce) package sugar cookie mix, Betty Crocker®

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 large egg

½ cup granulated sugar, Domino®

Easy Flow Icing, Betty Crocker® (optional)

1. In a large bowl, combine cookie mix, cream cheese, sugar and egg. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until combined. Follow directions for cutout cookies on package. Decorate with icing and different colored sugars, as desired.
