KMGH, Birch Street Group and TLConcepts are proud to bring Denver the very first annual Denver's 7 Home of Distinction in the Cherry Creek Country Club development. After watching the construction of this magnificent $2.8 million dollar, Tuscan-style home on Denver's 7, you will have the chance to tour the home in June of this year with the tour proceeds to benefit the PKD Foundation. The Denver's 7 Home of Distinction will be the subject of a weekly vignette series on KMGH as the home is under construction. Built by Birch Street Group, the Denver's 7 Home of Distinction will be fully furnished and when finished will feature the latest and greatest in new home products and design trends. Proceeds from the tour will benefit the PKD Foundation.
TOUR INFORMATION
Tickets are now on sale at participating Albertsons. Tour dates are June 6 to June 22, Friday-Sunday. On Friday and Saturday, the home is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5.p.m. The home is located at 9099 East Harvard Avenue, Denver, CO 80231
