Honolulu, HI -- (Sports Network) - Will Figures scored 15 points and Yahosh Bonner added 14, leading Northern Colorado to an 81-75 victory over Hawaii.

Chris Kaba chipped in 12 points and Neal Kingman contributed 10 in a balanced attack for the Bears (3-0), who shot 49 percent from the floor and pulled away with a late run.

Jeremy Lay scored 18 points for Hawaii (2-1), while Dwain Williams notched 17.

The game was tied at 52-52 with 8:52 remaining after Hawaii's Brandon Adams hit a pair of free throws, but Northern Colorado ripped off 17 straight points. Bonner scored seven during the surge, which Elliott Lloyd capped with three from the line for a 69-52 advantage with 4:28 to play.

Hawaii made it interesting in the final minute, as Lay drilled a three-pointer to make 75-72 with 35 seconds left. The Bears, though, made six free throws from there to seal it.
