Provo, UT -- (Sports Network) - Lee Cummard scored 17 points to help the BYU Cougars knock off the Air Force Falcons by a 54-49 final in Mountain West Conference play. Jackson Emery added 15 points and six steals in the win for BYU (24-6, 12-4 MWC), which clinched a share of the Mountain West Conference title for the third straight year. Andrew Henke scored 14 points in the setback for Air Force (9-20, 0-16), which has lost its last 17 games. Trevor Noonan pitched in 11 points for the Falcons. Air Force led 25-22 at intermission after limiting BYU to 25 percent shooting from the floor in the first half. The Cougars hit seven free throws in the final 65 seconds of the game to claim the victory. BYU earned a 21-7 advantage in points from the foul line in the clash and forced 22 turnovers.
