St. Patrick’s Day Parade

What: The parade packs the sidewalks of Blake Street with residents of the city. Most of whom are wearing some sort of green, as well as a myriad of other St. Patty’s Day apparel to celebrate the Irish.

Where: Lower Downtown Denver, Between Speer Boulevard, 20th Street, Wewatta Street and the alley between Market and Larimer Streets.

“Peter and the Wolf”

What: Hear Prokofiev’s fun musical tale in which Peter and a myriad of animals are brought to life by the instruments.

Where: Boettcher Concert Hall, 1000 14th St. #15, Denver.

CHSAA 5A/4A High School Basketball Championships

What: Come see some of the best high school basketball players in the state in the 5A/4A championship games.

Echoes of the Emerald Isles

What: Immerse yourself in the sound of Colorado’s deep Celtic roots. The Denver Brass and a cast of talented guest artists paint a vivid scene of tommy knockers, leprechauns and pots of gold ore.

St. Patrick's Day 2013 Weekend Bar Crawl

What: Party it up for the Official St. Paddy’s Day Bar Crawl! Denver's own massive bar crawl with three days of fun, featuring the best bars to fulfill your entire Leprechaun desires. Get the One Day Bar Crawl Registration Ticket or celebrate the entire weekend and buy the 3-Day Bar Crawl Pass which allows you access to all three parties from Friday, March 15th - Sunday, March 17th.

St. Patrick’s Day at Golden City Brewery

What: Golden City Brewery will be having plenty of green beer, Irish food and music on St. Patrick's Day this year. Mulligan Stew will be performing from 4:30-6:30pm. Texarado is providing Irish-inspired BBQ. There is also a limerick contest. Submit a limerick for a chance to hear it performed live and receive cash prizes.
