Firefighters were working to contain a fire which broke out at the Horan & McConaty Mortuary.
The Denver Fire Department dispatched ten engines to the mortuary located on Parker Road and East Dartmouth Avenue.
No injuries were reported in the fire which broke out before 6 p.m. Sunday.

Parker Road was closed south of Dartmouth Avenue as crews worked to put out the fire.
The cause was under investigation.
