Two of the three armed parolees who removed their ankle monitor bracelets this week have been captured, but one of them remains on the loose.

Police are still looking for Dennis Simonton, 36, who is being sought nationally as a parole absconder. Laurie Kilpatrick, spokeswoman for the Colorado Springs Police Department, said Simonton is a known associate of the white supremacist 211 crew prison gang.

Simonton should be considered armed and dangerous and people are asked not to approach him, Kilpatrick added.

William Wasikowsi, 46, was taken into custody at approximately 9 a.m. Saturday in the area of E. Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard and Harrison Road. Wesley Jones, 31, was taken into custody at approximately 11 a.m. in the area of Hampton Avenue and Galapago Road in Englewood. Both men were arrested without incident.

If you see Simonton, call 911 immediatelyIf you have additional information on his whereabouts, contact local law enforcement or the Colorado Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit at 1-866-873-6305.
